How does billing work?

Plans are billed by card through Stripe, either monthly or annually. Annual billing is charged up front for twelve months and works out cheaper than paying month to month. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.

Which currencies can I pay in?

AUD and USD. You choose the currency on this page before checkout. AUD prices are shown excluding GST — GST is added at checkout for Australian customers. USD prices are shown exclusive of any local taxes that may apply at checkout.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. You can move between Starter and Growth at any time from your billing settings, and the change takes effect on your subscription immediately. Moving to or from Enterprise is handled by us when you enquire.

How does Enterprise pricing work?

Enterprise is quoted rather than listed, because the crawl volume, prompt volume, seats and support commitment are set per customer. Crawling starts from 10,000 pages weekly and is negotiated from there. Enquire and we'll come back with a quote and an invoice you can pay by card or bank transfer — there's no card checkout for Enterprise.

Do you work with agencies?

We're building agency accounts — one login managing separate client workspaces — and we're not advertising entitlements or pricing for it yet. Enquire and we'll talk through what you need and where you sit in the queue.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your workspace reverts to the Free plan — your brands, prompts and history stay in place, subject to the Free plan's limits.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan covers 1 brand, 3 tracked prompts and 3 scans in total, each scan running across all 4 AI engines. Those 3 scans are a lifetime allowance, not a monthly one. No card is required.
