Terms of Service

GEOquoted (ABN 76 885 136 938) (“GEOquoted”, “we”, “us”) provides a Generative Engine Optimization platform. Depending on your plan and as features are released, this includes: AI visibility scans across major AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and equivalents); a connected analytics dashboard that reads your own Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data; share-of-voice tracking; and recommendations for improving your brand’s citation rate in AI answers.

We offer the following plans, with the limits published on our pricing page:

• Free — capped at 3 total AI visibility scans on the account, ever. This is a hard cap; further scans require a paid plan.
• Starter, Growth, Scale — paid tiers with monthly and annual billing, each with published seat, scan and prompt limits.

We may change plan limits, pricing or feature availability. Where a change adversely affects an existing paid subscription, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email and honour your current terms until your next renewal.

• Paid subscriptions are self-serve, processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method for the plan you select.
• Monthly plans renew automatically each month. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Annual plans are a single upfront payment covering the next 12 months of service. Annual plans do not auto-renew unless you explicitly opt in.
• AUD prices include GST. Prices in other currencies are exclusive of local taxes where applicable.
• 14-day money-back guarantee. Your first paid subscription on GEOquoted (any tier, monthly or annual) is refundable in full for any reason if you request it within 14 days of the first payment. Contact hello@geoquoted.com from your account email. This guarantee applies once per customer and sits alongside — not instead of — your Australian Consumer Law rights.
• Refunds after 14 days. Outside the 14-day window we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits the non-excludable consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law — including the right to a refund, replacement or repair where the service is not of acceptable quality or does not match its description.

• You sign in only via OAuth with a verified identity provider (Google, Apple or Microsoft). GEOquoted does not maintain passwords.
• Work in GEOquoted is organised into organisations. Each organisation has an owner who controls billing, plan, and membership. Seat counts are enforced per organisation and per tier.
• You are responsible for the security of your identity-provider account and for the actions of every seat you invite to your organisation.

You agree not to:

• use GEOquoted to scan brands or domains that you have no legitimate business interest in monitoring, or to conduct any activity that would be unlawful, harassing or defamatory;
• attempt to access other customers’ data, reverse-engineer the platform, bypass security controls, or interfere with other customers’ use of the service;
• create multiple free accounts, share accounts, or otherwise circumvent plan limits, seat caps or the free-tier scan cap;
• use the service to build a competing AI visibility product, or to republish our aggregated engine responses at scale without written permission.

Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination (see section 8).

Third-party AI systems change every day. The metrics GEOquoted reports — AI mentions, citations, sentiment, share-of-voice, health scores — are best-effort observations of those systems at the moment we query them.

We do not guarantee any particular ranking, citation, referral traffic or business outcome. GEOquoted is a measurement and diagnostic tool; it is not a warranty of results.

• Your data stays yours. You retain all rights in the brands, prompts, competitors and configurations you create, and in the Google Analytics and Search Console data you connect.
• You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to operate the service for you and, in aggregated and de-identified form, to improve the platform.
• We retain all rights in the GEOquoted platform, software, models, scoring methodologies, dashboards and brand marks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of GEOquoted (ABN 76 885 136 938) arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any non-excludable consumer guarantee under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (including the Australian Consumer Law) or any other law which cannot be excluded.

You may cancel your subscription any time from your dashboard, or delete your account by emailing hello@geoquoted.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, use the service in a way that harms other customers or our infrastructure, or fail to pay fees when due.

On termination: your access ends immediately; connected OAuth tokens are revoked and deleted; and account, brand, prompt and aggregate data is deleted in line with section 6 of the Privacy Policy. Billing records required for tax and accounting purposes are retained as described there.

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and GEOquoted (ABN 76 885 136 938) and are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any non-excludable statutory rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these Terms as the product and legal environment evolve. Material changes will be announced by email to account owners and reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use GEOquoted after the effective date of a change means you accept the updated Terms.
