Prompts, competitors and keyword tracking are per brand. Seats, scans, drafts and checks are per workspace.

Reaching a limit

The product tells you at the point of use — the button is replaced by a note saying what the limit is and offering an upgrade. Nothing is deleted when you hit a limit; you simply cannot add more until you upgrade or remove something.

Resets

Scans, drafts and checks are allowances for the billing period and reset when the period renews. Brands, seats, prompts, competitors and keywords are ceilings, not allowances.

Downgrading past a limit

If you downgrade to a plan whose ceiling is below what you have — five competitors on a two-competitor plan, say — nothing is deleted. Your allowances simply drop to the new plan's, and you cannot add anything beyond the new limits until you remove some or upgrade again.

Enterprise

Enterprise can be invoiced yearly rather than paid by card, and limits above the table can be arranged. Use Enquire.
