Why does it say "Too early to judge"?

What the label means

An Impact panel compares the 28 days after a change with the 28 days before, as daily averages. Until there are seven days of data after the change we show the figures but refuse to draw a conclusion, because a few days of traffic is noise. From seven days the panel says Early read; at 28 it says Full 28-day comparison.

"N of 28 days" is not moving

The count is days of synced data, not calendar days. It stalls when:

• Google is not syncing. Check the Connected data sources card for an error or a "synced to" date that has stopped advancing. See Connector shows an error.
• The go-live date is in the future. If the date on the change is later than today, no days have passed. Edit the date on the Impact tab (site-check dates cannot be edited).
• The page no longer exists. If every page attached to the change now redirects or returns an error, the panel says "nothing to measure" instead of counting.

The figures look wrong even after 28 days

• Compare with the For context: whole site line. If the whole site moved the same way, you are looking at seasonality or a campaign, not the change.
• Percentages are hidden where a metric has fewer than 30 events; a page with very little traffic will show values but no percentage, by design.
• If another change to the same page went live inside the window, the panel says so — the second change contaminates the first's result.

Something else

Raise a support ticket from the Support page in the left menu and include the change's name and the brand. We can see the sync history and tell you what happened.
